Service Delivery Policy

1. What we deliver

klinchit is an online subscription service from Dynamic Propack LLP, 182/76, Phase 1, Industrial Area, Chandigarh 160002, India. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there is no shipping address to give, no courier, and no shipping or delivery charge.

2. When your access starts

• When you start a free trial, your workspace is created and you can sign in to the app straight away. You add your team from there.
• The trial lasts 14 days. We do not ask for a card, and nothing is charged when it ends.
• klinchit runs in your web browser on a phone or a computer. There is nothing to install.

3. After you pay

• Choosing a plan and paying online does not interrupt your access. Your workspace, your data and your team stay exactly as they are, and the plan you paid for starts running.
• Every payment comes with a GST invoice from Dynamic Propack LLP. Prices and billing terms are on the Pricing page.
• Your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for, including after you cancel. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for how cancelling and refunds work.

4. Help getting started

If you are stuck, we help you set up your products, team and territories. Support is on WhatsApp, phone and email, Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm IST. Details are on the Contact page.

5. If you cannot sign in or use the service

Tell us on WhatsApp, phone or email at +91 77101 15551 or contact@klinchit.co, and we will look into it. If you have paid and we are not able to give you access to the service, the refund rules in the Refund and Cancellation Policy apply. The Terms of Service set out what we commit to on availability.
