Things people ask before they buy.
How is the price worked out?
A flat fee for your workspace, plus the same fee for every person who logs in: ₹955 and ₹455 a month. Pay yearly and it drops to ₹764 and ₹364 a month. There are no plans to choose between and no minimum number of users.
Is anything locked behind a higher plan?
No. Every workspace gets every core feature: territories, commitments, the performance dashboard, daily reports and the rest. The only paid extras are the two add-ons, and you choose them per workspace. Contact verification is free.
Do managers and I count as users?
Yes. Everyone who logs in is one user at the same rate, whatever their role. Deactivated staff don't count. Your own customers never count.
How does the free trial work?
Create a workspace and use everything for 14 days. We don't ask for a card or any GST details, so nothing is charged when the trial ends. Everything keeps working for 5 more days after it, and you choose monthly or yearly when you are ready.
How do I pay?
Pay monthly and it is collected automatically by UPI, card or net banking autopay. You get a notice before each payment and can cancel anytime. For a yearly plan, or a monthly bill over ₹15,000 with GST, we send you a payment link before the date, or you can pay by NEFT or RTGS against a proforma invoice. Every payment comes with a GST invoice from Dynamic Propack LLP.
What if I add people later?
Add them whenever you like. On a monthly plan, a new person is added to your next monthly payment. On a yearly plan, someone who replaces a person who left is covered at no extra charge, one for one. Any other new person is charged for the months left in your term at the yearly rate, and you get a notice before the charge.
What if someone joins or leaves in the middle of a yearly plan?
If someone leaves, their seat stays paid until the end of your term, and you can give it to a replacement at no extra charge. Every person who leaves can be replaced this way, and the replacement must join after the other person has left. Anyone else you add pays only for the months left in your term. Someone joining with 9 months to go costs 9 × ₹364 = ₹3,276 plus GST, charged when they join. People who leave are not refunded for the year you already paid. At renewal you pay for the people you have then.
