Privacy Policy
What we collect on this website, why, who can see it, and how you can ask us to correct or delete it. Written to be read, not skimmed.

1. Who is responsible for your data
This website, klinchit.co, and the klinchit product are operated by Dynamic Propack LLP, 182/76, Phase 1, Industrial Area, Chandigarh 160002, India. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (the “DPDP Act”), Dynamic Propack LLP is the data fiduciary for the personal data described in this policy. That means we decide why and how it is used, and we are answerable for it.

2. What this policy covers
This policy covers the marketing website at klinchit.co. Data that our customers enter inside the klinchit app at app.klinchit.co (their own customers, enquiries and staff) is covered by the Terms of Service and the agreement each customer signs, where the customer is the data fiduciary and we process that data on their instructions.
3. What we collect and why

We do not ask for your email on the demo form. We never collect card or bank details on this website. Subscriptions are paid online through our payment partner, which handles your card, UPI or bank details.
4. Consent
The demo form has a tick box. Ticking it is your consent for us to contact you on WhatsApp or phone about klinchit. Without it the form does not submit. The cookie banner asks separately for consent to analytics and advertising cookies; those are off until you allow them. You may withdraw either consent at any time (see section 8), and withdrawing is as easy as giving it.
5. Who sees your data
- Our team: the people at Dynamic Propack LLP who answer demo requests.
- Supabase (database hosting, servers in Mumbai, India): stores demo requests.
- Vercel (website hosting): serves the pages and keeps short-lived server logs.
- Sanity (content hosting): stores our blog posts, event photos, reviews and video listings, and serves their images. Like any image host, it sees your IP address when your browser loads a photo.
- Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Pixel): only if you allowed cookies. They receive the analytics data in section 3 under their own privacy policies.
- WhatsApp (Meta): if you chat with us, the conversation is on WhatsApp’s platform under WhatsApp’s terms.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
- Demo requests: until the request is closed and for up to 24 months after our last contact, so we can answer if you come back. Deleted earlier on request.
- Analytics data: as set in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
- Server logs: a few days, by our hosting provider.
7. How we protect it
Demo requests travel over HTTPS and are stored in a database in India with access limited to our team. The public website can only add a demo request to that database; it cannot read, change or delete anything. Nobody at a hosting provider is allowed to look at your data except to keep the service running.
8. Your rights and how to use them
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and get a copy;
- ask us to correct or complete it;
- ask us to delete it;
- withdraw consent you gave earlier;
- nominate someone to exercise these rights for you if you are unable to.
To do any of these, message contact@klinchit.co or WhatsApp +91 77101 15551 and say which right you are using. We will confirm your identity with the mobile number you gave us and act within 30 days. There is no charge.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handled your data or your request, write to our Grievance Officer, Kulbir Dogra, at kd@klinchit.co, or by post to Dynamic Propack LLP, 182/76, Phase 1, Industrial Area, Chandigarh 160002, India. We acknowledge within 48 hours and reply within 30 days. If you are still not satisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India, the authority set up under the DPDP Act.
10. Cookies and tracking
The website works fully without cookies. Two things are stored in your browser regardless, because the site needs them to respect your choices: your cookie decision itself, and, for the length of your visit, the advertising tags from the link you arrived on. Neither identifies you and neither is sent anywhere unless you submit the demo form.
Only if you press “Allow” do we load:
- Google Analytics 4 and the Google Ads tag, which set cookies to measure visits and conversions from Google advertising.
- Meta Pixel, which sets cookies to measure conversions from Facebook and Instagram advertising.
Pressing “Decline”, or never pressing anything, keeps all of them off. Clearing your browser storage also resets the choice.
Videos
Training and other videos are hosted on YouTube. Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you press play. When you do, the video loads from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain (youtube-nocookie.com), under Google’s privacy policy.
Customer reviews and event photos
We publish a customer’s review, with their name, role, firm and city, only with their written permission, and we keep a record of that permission. We publish photos from our events only where the people who can be recognised in them have agreed. To have a review or a photo of you removed, write to contact@klinchit.co or WhatsApp +91 77101 15551; we take it down within 7 days.
11. Children
klinchit is a business product. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, tell us and we will delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change affects how we use data you already gave us, we will contact you on the number you provided before it takes effect.
